The findings obtained from Pearson's correlation showed this And> p) with positive negligence and flexibility) 0.05 r and 0.11> p = 01 (Negatively neglected, as well as the findings to the hand of r and -0/26 => p) and being free) 0/01 R -0 = 19 = (= β and -0/28> p) and flexibility) 0/05 = β and 0.30> p> PC came from regression, increase of neutralism dimension) 0.05 (Negative and meaningful are predictors of negligence. = Β and -0/31> P and being a boggage) 0/05 The results showed that between academic negligence and personality traits) neutralism, flexibility and Being faithful (there is a significant correlation. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین اهمال کاری تحصیلی و ویژگی های شخصیتی در میان دانشجویان دانشگاه آپادانا انجام شد . پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش پژوهشی توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود . جامعۀ آماری دانشجویان دانشگاه آپادانا بودند که از 250 پرسشنامه آنالین 110 پرسشنامه توسط دانشجویان پر شد ، که شامل هم دانشجویان دختر و هم پسر به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های اهمالکاری تاکن )16 _تی پی اس(و شخصیتی نئو)60 _اف اف آی(بود .داده ها در برنامه اس پی اس اس نسخه 26 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند . در بخش آمارهای توصیفی شامل میانگین و انحراف معیار و پیش فرض ها بررسی گردیده و در نهایت در قسمت استنباط آماری به بررسی فرضیه های پژوهش پرداخته شده است. یافته های به دست آمده از همبستگی پیرسون گویای این بود با اهمالکاری مثبت و انعطاف پذیری(0/05r و 0/31=>P) که جهت رابطه بین روان نژندگرایی(P<0/01) با اهمالکاری منفی بود و همین طور از یافته های به دست (r و -0/26=>P ) و باوجدان بودن(0/01r-0/19=βو -0/28>P ) و انعطاف پذیری (0/05=βو 0/30>P آمد از رگرسیون ، افزایش بعد روان نژندگرایی )0/05 ( به صورت منفی و معنادار پیش بینی کننده های اهمالکاری هستند. =βو -0/31>P و باوجدان بودن 0/05 ) نتایج نشان داد که بین اهمالکاری تحصیلی و ویژگی های شخصیتی ( روان نژندگرایی ، انعطاف پذیری و باوجدان بودن)همبستگی معناداری وجود دارد. https://ajpsy.apadana.ac.ir/downloadfilepdf/196505
